Financing

  1. NO DOWN, NO INTEREST
    Whole amount (TCP) is payable in 24 months only in equal installment.. House construction (if not yet constructed) starts after payment of 50% of the price. Move-in after payment of 75% of the price. For RFO or constructed houses, move-in is after payment of 50% of the price.
  2. BANK FINANCING
    With at least 20% down payment, 80% will be shouldered by the bank.
    Note:
    Monthly amortization should not exceed 30% of the gross (combined husband & wife) income.
  3. IN-HOUSE FINANCING
    Minimum of 20% down payment. This option is offered if the client is not qualified for bank financing. An interest of at least 19% p.a. will be applied.
  4. SPECIAL FINANCING
    Special financing for Mia Alta and Cottonwoods Antipolo lots only.
